as you all may have noticed that i've created a pet page after not much consideration.. I was asked to stay at home full time to look after my 3 "daughters" and i can't think of anything better than doing something pet related.

but then again it would be a hassle to deliver the goods and it is a MUST to include delivery. people might consider to self collect if my prices are lower than half of retail price... but how to produce such nice numbers? instead of earning, i'm definitely losing. lol.

so i've temporary/permenantly removed the site from my blog.

i really need some money generating ideas for housewives... or should i go back to baking?

Bunnies are contagious... like some serious brain fuck virus making humans like them!!! my brother's family saw fluffy (a.k.a Fuzzy but she changed her name cause Fuzzy Wazy is actually ursa bear in dota. lol) and immediately fell in love with it! so insane that they're actually gonna buy Fluffy's sister. hahaha!

she will temporary stay with us for the time being until she gets a cage. meanwhile the both of them can bond! i'm suppose to bond Fluffy and Cusco but.............. Cusco is not being cooperative!!! Cusco hates animal and think she's a human baby or something. Sigh.

So i guess only time can help the situation? I've been trying to bring cusco to my room (where Fluffy is currently residing) to somehow let her know of Fluffy's presence but without fail she barks and growl every single time.... Fluffy is lovable what? no?

so............ I burned a larger hole in my pocket to buy a play pen for Cusco to isolate her at the corner of my room and the bunny at the other corner so that she doesn't scare fluffy to death... and some snacks (to train cusco), and of course not forgetting that furball, I bought her some stuffs too. already spent 300 on essentials on cage etc. The cage makes her feel very rich, like living in some mansion. lol.

Calculation says i slept about 12 hours a day. wtf! i am way tooooooooo lazy after resting (like crazy) for the past 3 days. it's time to do something constructive other than eating...... and sleeping. so right now i'm reading a book called 'the bone collector' by jeffery deaver. the first chapter is already sending shivers down my spine... i'd better finish reading it today as i'll be starting my baking frenzy tomorrow!

lol, it's actually a post i wrote several days ago but......... too lazy to complete. so yah, i'm already done baking 10 boxes of pineapple tarts! (drained 10 hours off my life away. I SLOW POKE) i'm gonna continue baking today and tomorrow will be a better day with full of surprises and butterflies... and bunnies!!!!!!! lolol.

YES!!! after contemplating for so long we've finally made up our mind to have another rabbit. the bf fell in love immediately with this FUZZY WAZY, actual name is Sleepy but we're gonna name it Megan Fuzzy Wazy. just like old times, Sasha Hot Dog Bun. (picture as shown below)

Father of FUZZY WAZY is a show quality bunny with imported pedigree bloodline. sounds very prestige hur~ lol.

Oh yes I've finally chopped off half of my hair and now its slightly longer than shoulder length!!! I thought i would look very chubby but turned out ok leh. (cause i have high cheekbones and two very fat cheeks. lolol)

I quite like my short hair. its much easier to work under the hot piping sun and i'm not ashamed to tell that i'm actually working at a polishing place now and it will probably last for another two more months, just me, and than i can officially stay at home and be a HOUSEWIFE/SHOPPING QUEEN!!! (the boyfriend doesn't want me to go out and work. hohoho) a counterbalance for being so hardworking now. I so clever. lolol.

Since i'm on the polishing topic, we (bf & brothers) should really start writing a book man! about "how much Singaporeans know about their cars", and that will be the title. lolol. every single fucking day we get to see interesting people and it keeps getting funnier and funnier. lolol!!! if i were to put you in our shoes, i guess most of you might think its offensive but i really find them very funny leh!!!

Today one customer at our other station stole our claybar and before stealing it, he went to ask our crew member the lifespan and the benefits of it you know! lololol trololol imba shit. (anyway he is deemed as the worse customer, not the funniest)

the funniest award would go to this guy that came for polish & wax and after the service he left but called shortly after to ask, "just now you guys did polish & wax right? how come i cannot SEE wax on my car" in a mumbling voice...

Hello guys, happy 2012 to everyone! For me it was a smooth sailing day as all the nine customers that came are nice people. None of them had ridiculous demands!

After being in this line I've seen the other side of singaporeans and I am very disappointed. Clear written terms and conditions are already shown straight in their face yet they have the cheek to be unreasonable. How crazy is that?!

Most youngster are generally nice however some FAT ones are super picky, demanding and unreasonable although they are educated. Not stereotyping. I assume they lack the love, since fat people gets no love. :(

and some uncles and aunties would say the job is not well done just to ask for FREEBIES as compensation. We became smarter after falling into their trap once or twice. To safeguard ourselves every customers that arrive have to be briefed through the services that we are providing, btw we are just reading out loud the exact same thing that is written for them to acknowledge before starting.

Mahjong aunty bought us some muffins! How i wish my muffins look like that. T_T

Home-baked chocolate chips cookies! I used Hershey's semi-sweet choco chips this time round and all the other top notch ingredients, even the egg is double the size of a normal egg and has double yolks. lolol.

I took one kampong chicken egg in white to compare. JUST LOOK AT THOSE EGGS.

Bo Bo Cha Cha steamed ingredients. we all did the peeling and the cutting of the ingredients... also can take credits for making them. :p

This year's Christmas party is like a bonding day for our family! actually we wanted to call for the buffet as usual but LUCKILY they are not taking in anymore orders. so we went to buy groceries together and by now we should have all the ingredients ready to marinate, bake and to cook!

we'll be expecting two roasted chicken (since turkey is out of the question. oven too small), two 1kg yule log cake from mandarin orchard hotel (be awesome pls. cross fingers!), lots of chicken wings and finger foods, fried mee, curry vegetables (for the aunties. lol), bobochacha, lots of chocolates, home-baked cookies and alcohol!

I don't know what else i've missed out but we'll see since i'll be taking most of the pictures tomorrow.

I'd like to think that I'm an incredibly shy person. Sometimes even as too quiet or unapproachable...

Being around people, be it new faces or people that I've known for awhile, it's really hard for me to speak up. Seriously I blush too easily and at times my mind just goes blank suddenly. Lolol.

It may sound absurd but I was worse during younger day. Everyday i wished nobody would notice me, my seats would be at a corner and I would wait for recess or after school to go to the toilet. I don't even dare to ask if I can visit the restroom.

This habit kind of grew with me. That also explains why I love alcohol so much but I'm not an alcoholic and definitely don't like getting drunk. I just like the after effect of being "myself", not shy when I speak, not processing what I say, don't even care if it made any sense.

Enough said, I cannot converse properly when I'm thinking. Its either a yes or no reply or switching of topics and back to the yes and no replies, so afraid of making mistakes.

Living like this for the longest time. Who can blame me for not interacting? Growing up differently as an introvert is like trying too hard not to be a freak, or an outcast. Not easy I tell you, not easy.

Pineapple tarts - pt3

my first attempt at making pineapple paste, basically it is quite easy to make but be sure to choose a good honey/sarawak pineapple. and if making jams (for bread), skip the glucose.

Ingredient: 3 Pineapples, 200gm sugars, 150gm glucose and wheat flour.

*you can also use cinnamon stick & cloves but i skipped those*

Last reminder, do not blend it in a mixer! It will be too mushy to taste anything. You'll have to carefully grate it using those metal thingy.

this batch made me feel really proud of myself.

EVERYONE of the nine people that tried said it's very very nice! finally i'm able to please everyone. my aunt brought all the remainings back with her so she can help me promote. (i'm selling them for CNY) lolol.

Yep, in case you are interested in making pineapple tarts yourself this year, the ingredients are..............

Ingredients: 250gm unsalted butter (I use margarine), 50gm sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 vanilla essence, 1 egg yolk for glazing, 350gm plain flour (shifted), 50 gm corn flour (shifted).

*Important: You must roll the pineapple paste first before mixing the dough.

Hooray! I've finally found the right recipe for my tarts, it literally melts in the mouth!!! except I find it sightly salty, so im removing that 1/4 tsp of salt. I've also substitute butter for margarine for healthier choice maybe? lolol.

Surprisingly everyone in the family liked the margarine version better. It is claimed to be so good that they popped nearly 15 of it! I happy. hehe.

As a self proclaimed love columnist I would like to explain that whatever you see here is not related to my current boyfriend (I hope). Basically it's just based on past relationships and friends experiences.

So is flirting considered as cheating? fyi, YES.

This is just my personal opinion, if a person cheats on me it simply meant he doesn't love me enough. maybe he likes me but he crave for that moment of affection/attention from someone else.

I've heard this many many times before, even from my own brother, demanding an explanation on what exactly is deemed as flirting. I may be wrong but I think flirting is when a person is attached but is exceptionally nice, friendly, caring or whatever to another of the opposite sex. (especially if they are none related)

Am i too sensitive? I once had this past experience of being at a stranded place feeling terrible because Mr. X flirted with his colleague and he just wouldn't listen even after I warned him not to. Again he asked me for the second time, what is flirting.... I nearly died.

Seriously I would've left him earlier if not for the unfamiliarity. Not only did he ruin the trust between us but also the chances of any possibilities. Frankly I was devastated, it nearly led to depression. I began shunning away from people and negative thoughts never seems to go away.

Another incident was with Mr. L, at the beginning of our courtship he was already busy chatting with random unknown girls from those dating websites.

He did it secretly in the most hardworking way I've ever encountered!!! he would normally play his games until I sleep to start his usual sneaky routines, as a light sleeper I would wake up in the middle of the night to check on my boyfriend (to cover blanket for him etc), I didn't know what came to me that day but I just kept quiet throughout looking at him. It happened for awhile until I finally blew and it stopped ever since.

Anyway we ended our relationship in the funniest way, I was at the losing end but until today I still tell people as a joke, Lesson learned, do not sympathize your ex-es. he might cheat your belongings as well. lolol

Frankly who doesn't hate cheaters. Haven't you people heard of karma? and what goes around comes around? Same meaning but who cares.

I believe those cheated victims deserves someone better and I'm pretty sure your prince charming or princess will come along. Just believe. :)

Pineapple tart - pt1

I refrigerated the dough i made the day before, technically it's still my first attempt. lolol. this time round i tried to make it look slightly prettier but I failed terribly because the pineapple paste is too big (and slightly hard)! and the base is too thick. (my "aga-ration" still sucks)

BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!! actually i made one very very nice round pineapple tart (just one) using the left over dough by wrapping the paste inside, it is not over-cooked and taste just right. I LIKE! so I'm sticking to that from now onwards. hehe.

Bigger challenge, I'll be using the finest pineapple (most likely honey sarawak pineapple) to make my very own pineapple paste, soon. mummy will get the recipe for me from one of her friend that usually sells pineapple tarts for CNY, sounds professional already huh~ Lolol

My first attempt at making pineapple tart base! though it doesn't look very appealing (too thick), but i guess it taste pretty good after receiving fairly good reviews from my mum & her mahjong kakis. (the food critics, lol). As for my boyfriend and my sis-in-law, they preferred it to be less buttery.

they also commented that my previous egg tarts didn't have enough buttery texture for the base. hmm... it's time to improvise on the recipes and give it a go once again.

This is by far my worse experience repairing an electronics.

We initially headed down to an iPhone authorized repair centre wanting to do a one to one exchange at a cost of $350. (we ended up going on a wasted trip since they only had 32gb for exchange)

And since he is dropping me at tampines mall, we decided to drop by the nearest phone repair for immediate salvation but we super sway, so many shops around why did we entered that 黑店!!!

We wasted $160 for a new LCD screen with spoilt sensor!!! when we asked for compensation for a new workable LCD screen + sensor, they told us bullshit like, sorry LCD is not under warranty, you must've dropped it (hello! his screen is still intact with no scratches), or stuff like we would give u a discount, charge u only $120.

WOW!!! Only 傻瓜 will let u repair again right?!

We got so fed up because all the salesperson working there are talking bull crap! We asked to speak to the boss and the lousy technician but was refused, Instead they brushed us off asking us to come after 1pm cause the boss will be here (but I don't know the exact timing, u all can wait).

As if we no need to work loh!!! Aiya end up we went straight to simpang's hp repair shop. They only charge $120, without discounts, and if the screen is not cracked they do provide a one month warranty. (because LCD distributors provide a one month warranty as well)

Hello guys I'm back!!! pardon me for not blogging as often nowadays, i totally had legit reasons.

currently I'm helping out at my bf station seven days a week, it used to be 9am to 9pm, now the timing is slightly better, from 10am to 8pm. thankfully they're out on a mobile request so one station is close and that explains why i'm bumming today. hehehe.

than you might be thinking, what can i do since i'm not trained as a polisher? of course..... doing everything else except polishing, i'm well trained at that. lol. so don't worry lah. i will not polish any cars unless i undergo it's training but it's quite impossible loh. the weight of the machine makes it hard to control. and i don't want huge muscular arms! my arms are already growing bigger... i very sad....

i'm not born with a pair of sexy legs, at least i need slim arms to compensate right. :( :( :(

Kelvin & Qing's Wedding at Capella!

I absolutely love weddings!

That day was made perfect, they showed clips of what happened during the morning ceremony in attempt to pick up the bride. it was hilarious. the brothers were dressed up as roman soldiers and sisters as maiden.

it's quite hard to put down what i saw in words... so i'm moving on!

we reached Capella's premises earlier to hang around, the menor aka mansion they're staying is insanely HUGE. (somemore it has a small swimming pool) and their make up room is exactly what i imagine my room to look like in future!!! very very nice!!! too bad i didn't take a picture of it. bleah.

and this is the menor i'm talking about earlier, you guys can probably see a portion of the swimming pool somewhere. hahaha. the top left hand corner is us on the way to the hotel on a buggy!!!

at least i managed to take everyone toasting to the groom and the bride! not very clear also lah, but oh well...

straight after that we brought the guest from france and hungary back to Fullerton to get changed for a after party celebration at Velvet lounge, but b and i left earlier cause only we got to work the next day. =(

next day the pair invited a few of us for dinner, then makan durian, mangosteen, mango and guava session! after that we went straight to Jewel box for a drink. each of us ordered a drink for friends sitting on our right and left. it's like a sucidal game u see, the boyfriend sitting on my left obviously ordered something really nice for me, a lychee mint tini, otherwise for the person sitting on my right who wanted me drunk. hahahaha. graveyard was served with no mercy!!! first sip it tasted like sarsi (to me), subsequently it taste like shit, but towards the ending it tasted ok... why like that??! lol.

the boyfriend got two ladies drinks! so fortunate! waterfall etc were ordered with no mercy for others as well! I still cannot forget how Ian drank the blowjob. lol! in short, that night was super fun! we asked the waiter for the strongest drink and he recommended something like "E-25 or B-25", (and andy on my right ordered that for russell on his right, lol, he very evil one!) so now you know what to order to sabo people. lol.

again, i would like to wish the sweet couple, kelvin and qing, a blissful marriage! have babies soon ok? lol!

My mother came all the way from Malaysia alone to work when she's only 16. Stayed with her aunty who is already in Singapore.

Her monthly salary as a hairdressing apprentice was 50 dollars.

She continued enduring as a apprentice working that extra miles hoping that one day she would be a renowned hair stylist. she eventually succeeded.

She worked with pride even though most singaporean ladies think very badly of malaysians. Other hairdressing salons around her premises accused her salon of doing illegal socialite as their business was blooming with customers. (who are still following her until today) complaint calls were made and so police frequent her shop randomly but to her opinion, that is a blessing in disguise. It proved her innocents.

I, myself am a fan of hers. I've tried other salons twice in my entire life and deeply regretted not waiting until my mum has time for me.

Not only did her business brought her so far, she invested on property as well.

Many times she nearly dropped and was desperate to sell everything she owned. God was the only explanation how she got this far.

Almost immediately while facing difficult problems, it would be solved. Example during our financial recession period, she was able to sell her shop at the highest price.

She is a good person. Maybe that's why god helped her throughout.

Now she's retired at the age of 45. She is now enjoying every bit of her life playing mahjong, going to casino, and still has enough to provide for us. But we are all trying to be independent now. (I think god dote on me too. god gave me a boyfriend who is a duplicate of my mum's hard working personality)

I guess we're all growing up. She persuaded us to work hard so we can be like her one day. Her story is like my pushing factor to go on and also a fine example of true hard work and endurance pays off.

So far I still haven't met another person's mum like my mum. She'll always be special in my heart.

Watched real steel at Lot 1 with the boyfriend, and stayed over at his place so we could attend church the next day.

Yup, you heard me, we attended church. If you do not know, I'm not a Christian and of course not baptized, yet.

I have to admit. Christians are very strong believers to Jesus.

Personally I'm comfortable going to church, and the bible content is perfect. But at times, I sense that some believer are over-doing it, kind of obsessed.

I don't like. :( but other than that everything is fine.

That aside, we went to kaeley's 1st birthday at A pinch of salt at tanjong katong. The place is pretty small. Its sqeezie to hold a slightly bigger party. But overall the place is decent with a lot of cute pictures pasted all over. lol.

Anyway right now I have nothing to talk about. everyday its just work, and shopping. (recent, two shoes from mitju and D&G). and more preparation work for the new business.

Finally i am back on track, time well spent!

Life's not always smooth sailing for me. I've been through good relationships, bad relationships and some I deemed as hell.

Now it seemed like the tables have turned and I've finally found that perfect match.

We practice a conventional way of living whereby the man goes out to work and provide for the family while the lady stays at home to take care of all the 大大小小, housework etc.

But currently we still doesn't own a house. We have our maid to take care of the housework. We don't have a child. Technically, it's useless for me to stay at home for now.

So the very generous boyfriend allow me to work. That amount would go to my branded bags funding. (ok lo, some ignorant people will take it as impossible)

It is quite difficult for a young girl to afford branded. But it is very possible if everything else like her daily requirements and liabilities are paid by the boyfriend.

Some people just don't understand. RUDE lo.

My boyfriend is 很好就是了. I praise him instead of self praising myself, but that doesn't mean I'm not good hor. lol.

In any case, I'm glad we are together.

The four of us, chia family and myself, settled for the above mentioned as it was highly recommended by one of baby's friend.

Indeed there's no disappointment. The waiting time was short, display of the food is incredibly beautiful, and lastly the 卖点, it's delicious.

It's best to make a reservation before making your way there to avoid hearing "sorry our seats are fully reserved". lol.

Oh well, sad to say I might have gained a kg or two after the dinner. :(

Lousy month

This coming month was pretty lousy, day time looked like night time, and felt like bed time due to the cloudy skies and rainy weather.

Getting drenched once was enough. I fell sick after that. It gave me an excuse to apply for two resting days but.... Medication didn't work.

I had to go back to work feeling lousy, sleepy and sick. If not for the boyfriend's care and concerns. I'm probably still sick.

By the time I felt better, luck came back. Everything started going our way and thus I have the motivation to blog.

The boyfriend + family business will be starting soon. hopefully by the next two weeks. And I will be going to church soon! then I'll consider if I'm comfortable to convert. :)

Don't laugh. This is actually my first time watching a live comedy show. And I am really quite lucky... I'll tell you more about that later.

I was invited to join my very good friend (last minute) as his boss couldn't make it, so i kind of took his seat. In the show everything was comical and hilarious, totally worth that 50 over dollars! Seriously, I wouldn't hesistate booking for their next show.

and the part where I say i was lucky is because I won their grand prize! an electric bike worth of $1500. alas, this is also my first time winning something so expensive... hehehe.

I ended up giving it to my good good friend cause he deserved it! =)

but i wouldn't pay to go because of that one stupid eye doctor and some reception staffs. (where got people scold you for not wearing your specs one? he said "if you don't wear your specs and you get into accident, cannot claim insurance one hor" =/ )

Ending the year of twenty eleven with two wedding at the most expensive hotels in Singapore. (which means burning a larger hole in bf's pocket, hehehe.)

One ended last Saturday at st. regis. I doubt i'll be able to enter the next time, too expensive for little minions like myself. lol! i roamed everywhere even though... yes, i know its a wedding ceremony and i should sit still. while the bf went on to talk to his long long time friends from JC.

anyway before that we encountered a embarrassing moment whereby we saw everyone dressed in formal attire but the bf is in casual. (hence the photos below contridict the two attire)

He had to buy from head to toe, lesson learnt for not reading the invitation card... the consoling part goes to his new shoes and his new pants, sibei nice!

i went to do my nails at SoQ a few days back.

only one word to describe; AWESOME, much!

Previously i have difficulties finding experts to fix my nails because it is so so so small, messy & i hate it when people don't treat my nails gently.

surprisingly the pushing and removing of cuticles doesn't hurt one bit, she even managed to do a french tip extension to it!!! *jaws drop*

and since my younger brother's wedding is arriving soon (coming oct or nov)! i will definitely refer all my family members to SoQ!

Goodbye Hungary!

even uptil the last minute we were rushing, digging stuffs in and out of the luggage, trying to minimize risk of extra payment due to overweight luggage. thankfully everything went smoothly for the check in.

but we met a HUGE problem knowing that our seating arrangement is different for our long flight back to Singapore. they separated us far, far apart!!! and brushed us off with just, "sorry our flight is full~" when we asked for help.

Stupid airline, seriously. SQ handles enquiries so differently, so much better, at least they would try to ask around rather than standing there and look stupid. (i'm talking about those air stewardess)

In this case, sorry is not comforting to hear.

Luckily the boyfriend determination is strong! we managed to sit together in the end after much rejection. one fucker even told him, NO it's a long flight and that is my seat (that horse face is swiping his hair while looking at the mirror and not at the bf) really is knnccb. super rude.

In the end everything went well for our side. except for all the stuffs that my friends requested are either out of stocks or they don't carry that brand. -.-" sway much.

we had our last meal in europe (for now) at Munich airport before leaving this place officially. teeheehee.

ordered steak, burgers, starter and dessert and realised we're left with not much time. so we cancelled the dessert but they heard our cancellation wrongly and gave us dessert and soup only. -.- ok whatever.

I cannot, could not and will never ever forget her. As far as i can remember, this could be the biggest torment i'm dealing with. The guilt and self-hatred are overbearing. so much, there's hardly any room left to breathe...

I don't remember experiencing this painful journey when i gave away my dogs. Technically it's equally sad to part with any of my loyal partners, but somehow Sasha managed to snatch a bigger portion of my love.

I could still remember the first day we bought her, how she travelled all the way in a little box placed on my lap. I was afraid that she might hop out and go looney, so i closed the lid leaving a tiny gap enough for me to watch her. but she just quietly sat by the corner, and looked very scared as though she was kidnapped.

to me, it was love at first sight.

subsequently after getting use to our living habits, she became perpetually angry, princessey and picky. I assume we spoiled her.

angry when there's another animal around, angry for not re-filling her food bowl on time, princessey when she nudge at us demanding for "sayang" (pat on the head), picky for liking Apple or Apple chips only.

what made my heart melt was the times she cuddled next to us, the times where she would do her crazy bunny hop (only when she's happy), the times she worked for her apple chips (she would stand on two feet), the times when only I could hear her soft sqeeky sound while she comfortably lay beside me. and everytime she would react and hop towards me when i call out her name. the list goes on and on.... most importantly, she doesn't bite or scratch. the maximum she would do is stomp the ground.

Our first pet together meant a lot to me. I love you Sasha aka bun bun aka hot dog bun. I'm still not used to life without you.

she'll have to endure many hours in flight, weeks or month of quarantine right away after she land... very exhausting. but once everything is over! she will be next to her mummy's arms. =)

so happy for her, I really think she's very fortunate to have such good owners.
